Where can I find sizing information?

Since we carry products from multiple sources, we have provided a link to our size charts on each product’s page for your convenience.


Can I place my order over the phone? What if I have questions about your products?

Yes you can. If you would like to place an order or have questions, please email us at orders@nadiflow.com or call us at 1 877 801 2023. We will respond to you as soon as we can during business hours Monday - Friday, between the hours of 9am-6pm CST, excluding holidays.


What forms of payment do you accept?

NadiFlow accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover and PayPal. At this time, we do not accept checks, cash or money orders.


Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?

Sales tax is only charged on non-clothing items (ie. yoga mat bags) for orders sent to destinations within the state of Minnesota.

Does Nadiflow offer Gift Certificates?

Can I make changes to my order after it has already been placed?

We will do our best to update your order as long as we haven’t already sent it. Please call or email us as soon as possible with your change toll free at 1 877 801 2023 or customerservice@nadiflow.com.


What if you are out-of-stock on an item I have ordered?

If we receive an order with an out-of-stock item, we will be in contact with you within 2 business days to advise you of the possible availability date and request a confirmation for a back-order, an exchange or a refund.


How can I check the status of my order and track the delivery?

As soon as we ship your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number.


Do you ship Internationally?

Yes we do offer Internaional Shipping to over 40 countries listed in the chart below. Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on nadiflow.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

If I live in the U.S. how much will it cost to ship my order?

We ship all products via one of the following: USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx to the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, P.O. Box and military APO/FPO addresses. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

How quickly will I receive my order?

In-stock orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipments within the U.S. usually arrive in 3 to 5 days (not including weekends and holidays) of when they leave our locations. In order to expedite your order, select items may ship from different locations and may therefore arrive separately.

For shipments outside of the U.S., we use one of the following: Fed Ex, UPS or the Postal Delivery Service of your country


What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund the original item cost after we receive your return. We will accept returns of new, unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the ship date. All merchandise will be refunded for the price paid. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Sorry, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Orders placed between November 1, 2012 — January 1, 2013 are eligible for the 90 Day Holiday Return Policy. Items that you return or exchange must be in new, unused condition, tags attached where applicable.

If you prefer, we can send you another color, size or different style. We pay the return shipping costs both ways. Note : You pay the original shipping cost, where applicable.

To make a return or exchange, please contact us by email at customerservice@nadiflow.com . Be sure to include the date of purchase and reason for return. We will then provide you with the address to where you should send the item along with a pre-paid shipping label so your return is free and easy.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We will notify you via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item.


What if I ordered the wrong size?

No Problem! If you need a different size, just email us at customerservice@nadiflow.com for an easy exchange.
