In-stock orders usually ship within 2 business days. Items usually arrive within 3 days (not including weekends and holidays) of when they leave our locations. In order to expedite your order, select items may ship from different locations and may therefore arrive separately.

We send all products via one of the following: USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx to the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, P.O. Box and military APO/FPO addresses. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
We do offer internatoinal shipping to over 40 countries listed in the chart below .Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on nadiflow.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.

If we receive an order with an out-of-stock item, we will be in contact with you within 2 business days to advise you of the possible availability date and request a confirmation for a back-order, an exchange or a refund.
Returns and Exchanges Made Easy!
Return shipping is free*. If you are not happy with your order, we are happy to accept a return or exchange. Return shipping is free for merchandise being shipped from within the United States.
After receiving all items on your order, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return/exchange process. For returns/exchanges, email us the details of your return/exchange and we will provide you, by email, one pre-paid USPS shipping label to return your order to us.
Please place all return items into one shipping box (any type of shipping box) to take advantage of the free return postage. You can return your order for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Orders placed between November 1, 2012 — January 1, 2013 are eligible for the 90 Day Holiday Return Policy. Items that you return or exchange must be in new, unused condition, tags attached where applicable.
Once we receive your return item(s), we will credit your original payment method for the full purchase price of each item in the return shipment. Once USPS shows that we received your return package, allow 3-5 business days for your credit to be issued.
Returning a gift? Include the purchaser’s name along with your return. Indicate whether you’d like to exchange the gift for another product or if you’d like a gift certificate for a future purchase.
Please allow 1-2 weeks following receipt of your return for exchanges to arrive, if you requested an exchange. We will send you an order confirmation email for your exchange order as soon as it is placed.
For refunds you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
